Terms of use of System Information Project service.

Web service System Information Project is a property of Kamil Porembiñski and Irek Kubicki. Aim of sysinfo-project.pl is to monitor OS parameters and hardware of user, who join sysinfo-project. Every person that join and use service of sysinfo-project declare that he/she accept the fallowing rules. System information project reserve right to change, withdrawal or discontinuation of any function or propriety of whole project with out no reason at all.

Any information accessible on web service sysinfo-project.pl user use for own risk. User also take responsibility for using those information. User oblige to cover any losses and damage that have formed on result of his/her action or by relinquishment that was made. Also user is obligated to appease any claim from 3rd party users. Comment made by users of sysinfo-project.pl are there private opinion. Service do not take any responsibility for content of comments, entries and files that are uploaded. Opinions and views stated by users on bulletin board do not have to reflect those of founders sysinfo-project.pl.

Information that are located on sysinfo-project.pl are only for educational, hobbyist and non-commercial use. Only responsibility for post on bulletin board and uploaded files is on user who post or upload them. If there will arise legal consequence sysinfo-project.pl may hand down any information of that user to appropriate department and help in localization process. In case of receiving of well-founded information that on web service of sysinfo-project.pl are materials that violate polish law or goods of third person, sysinfo-project.pl will take action to restore status that is conforming with legal act and with rule of companionship and good manner, particularly this action will be taken when there will be judgment legally valid made by appropriate court or tribunal. All users posts are protected by copyrights, profitable usage of advice and information that can be find on sysinfo-project.pl websites without permission of person/user who wrote it. Sysinfo-project.pl reserve the right to copy and modify user message in any chosen form (within the service) on condition that content of that message remain intact and is given the authors name. System Information Project do not take any responsibility for any damage that occurred by any event that is out of control of System Information Project. Service is not obligated to make and keep any backup that contain any information send and posted by users.

On sysinfo-project.pl websites are located links and banners directing to others website service. Those hyperlinks may direct to advertisement owners, providers of message or partners os System Information Project. Sysinfo-project.pl do not take any responsibility of content that is found on those websites. Use of such link and banner direct and move user to another website and the owner of that hyperlink.

Because of technical limitation System Information Project cannot guarantee that data transmission from and to user/server remain intact. We cannot guarantee that viewing website of sysinfo-project.pl will be without gap and technical defect that are made by factors that cannot be controlled by System Information Project. In case of scheduled drop of any function there will be placed appropriate information on main page of service. System Information Project do not guarantee safety of the information that are send to us therefore each transmission is realized by user own risk. Sysinfo-projec.pl will add effort to make sure, that any data transmission via Internet will be secure and maintain private user information kept in secret from third parties, but we cannot guarantee integrity and completely of send data. System Information Project do not take any responsibility for damage occurred on behalf faulty data transmission system (hardware failure, latency and disturbance).

Information published within the service, our publication are available according to GNU FDL (GNU Free Documentation License) license. It allows their free redistribution within the limits of GNU FDL license. Sites, files in which information are published with another license type are an exception. Every user id obligated to respect copyright. The content of sysinfo-project.pl can be used for personal purpose only. Making use of the content for other purpose - especially for commercial ones, including copying, public broadcasting or making information available to third parties in any other way may occur only if clear written permission is received form System Information Project and only for the purpose defined by sysinfo-project.pl. Information in the form of personal data transmitted to sysinfo-project.pl remains the property of a person sending it, but transmitting it to sysinfo-project.pl equals authorizing sysinfo-project.pl to use this information for internal purposes. Saving personal data in sysinfo-project.pl and them making use of them is possible only when the person whom the data concern gives permission to process the information. In order to give consent to data processing, a user should click on an appropriate field on the webpage, which is equivalent to putting a signature under a clause published on the webpage, concerning giving consent to make use of personal data. System Information Project reserve the right to change this regulation. Each change will be posted on sysinfo-project.pl and came into effect the same day they are published.
